Job Description

A Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various roles within the IT sector.   9. Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  10. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.

  1. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  7. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  8. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications.
  9. Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
