About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile project for one of our major clients at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC). This role will focus on both the consultation and technical aspects of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) project. You will be responsible for ensuring that the PMO is established in compliance with the Saudi governance framework, as well as managing the delivery of Microsoft licenses, third-party licenses, and tailored technical solutions to meet the hospital’s needs.
Your Impact
The Project Manager will oversee the following key activities for the EPMO project at KFSHRC:
- Consultation: Establishing the Project Management Office (PMO) according to the Saudi governance framework.
- Technical Management: Overseeing the delivery of Microsoft licenses, third-party licenses, and the development of custom solutions tailored to KFSHRC’s requirements.
- Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Project Monitoring: Tracking the progress of the project and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identifying and resolving any project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conducting regular project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on progress.
