Amwaj Al Khair Trading and Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and a deep understanding of the use of professional software programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical office and support project management activities.
- Oversee design and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for efficient project execution.
- Supervise technical drawings, approvals, and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of technical processes.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficient in the use of professional Civil Engineering software programs such as:
- AutoCAD
- Primavera P6
- Revit
- ETABS
- SAP2000
- Prokon
- Civil 3D
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
