Job Description

  • Study the BID Documents (Drawings and Specifications, etc) for the Cost Estimation purposes.
  • Provide Technical Support for the Procurement Department
  • Prepare The Material and Drawings Submittals
  • Generate Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings
  • Conduct Verification for the Sizing and Selection of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Systems
  • Coordinate with Site and QC to develop TPI, RFI, Method of Statements, etc
  • Provide Technical Support throughout the Project Life Cycle

Skills

  • Proven Experience in the Bidding process (Qty Take Off, Cost Estimation, Generating Drawings and Technical Documentations, etc)
  • Mastery in using corresponding Software (Elite, HAP, Lux, etc)
  • Technically capable of designing (when required), sizing and selecting MEP Components and Systems.
  • Previous experience in similar role in a Technical Office or PMO in a Contracting Company.
  • Self Motivated, Result Oriented
