Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a Technical Libraries Manager to oversee the management and organization of technical documentation and records for our projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all technical information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement best practices in document management and support the operational needs of our projects.


Responsibilities:

This position relates to document management. The roles and responsibilities of this position include and are not limited to:


  • Manage all operational data and project records in a secure environment.
  • Manage requests from project teams requiring access to operational records.
  • Provide project teams with resource records for design and construction projects.
  • Liaise with the General Department of Business Excellence to ensure compliance with data conservation and protection policies and coordinate with the General Department of Information Technology on system requirements
