An exiting opportunity exists in the new Service Centre in Saudi-Arabia where you will be responsible for the w/shop execution functions, apply now to potentially become part of the growth story in the Middle East.
Your responsibilities
Technical Lead/ QC
Responsible for the overall engineering function of the w/shop.
Ensures components are built / refurbished according to FLS specifications and good engineering practices
Manages & maintains all tooling, vehicles and equipment as required
Maintains a high level of cleanliness and order in the workplace
New component builds Owns the technical data
Manage builds from planning to shipment Manages the team and all deliverables as required Refurbishments / repairs
Prepares reports on components that were assessed and produces costing for refurbishment purposes
Does QC on all work received and dispatched from the facility
Responds to breakdowns and work overtime as required to meet customer timelines
What you bring
Min 5-year Supervisory experience in Mechanical Fitting Workshop (Compulsory).
Qualified Artisan, Technician or Engineer (Compulsory).
Experience in costing repair jobs Own Transport (Compulsory).
KPI driven work ethic Customer-focused
Excellent time management skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.
OSHA knowledge (ISO standards pertaining to a workshop).
Proven track record of leading a team with an exceptional
HSE culture IT skills i.e., MS office, ERP’s, etc.
