Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements that will fulfil the customer/internal needs. Produce training schedules and classroom training. Products training onsite onshore/offshore. Determine course content according to objectives Prepare/develop training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. Observe and evaluate the results of training programs Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements Maintain hands-on training equipment/simulator solutions Update and maintain training curriculum, files, and documentation. Participate in equipment selection for hands-on activities in the class Begin every class with a safety brief. Undertake domestic, international, and offshore travel for field training courses as required to train customers Ensure all administrative classroom-related tasks are completed before and after the class is finished Ensure that goods and services are produced to a standard of quality in accordance with the relevant departmental procedures and work instructions. Review development and implementation of initiatives for improving the quality of products and services. Demonstrate ability to work professionally with patience and diplomacy. Establish good communication and relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proven experience as an instructor is preferred. Experience working with
NOV Drilling Equipment and systems (Controls Systems
Amphion and
Cyberbase,
TD, IR, DW, MP Tools, etc.) Experience in
Siemens PLC S7 and
ABB VFD Drives. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects. Experience in designing technical course content. Ability to address training needs with complete courses. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint). Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Degree in a relevant electrical technical field.
