Job Summary & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) technical support experience. At least 3 years of relevant business experience.
Certification Required:
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Job Description:
The Level 1 Technical Consultant – Technical Solution Manager will be responsible for independently managing subprojects and providing expert technical support using SAP Solution Manager.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Autonomously carry out subprojects with minimal supervision. Demonstrate sound knowledge of SAP methodology and/or alternative innovative project approaches. Possess in-depth understanding of a specific SAP application and independently perform customization activities. Provide technical support and solutions within the SAP SolMan framework to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
