Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of project work.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare final project reports and post-project evaluations.
Ensure all project activities comply with the standards and regulations.
Promote best practices in engineering and project management.
Monitor team performance and adjust assignments as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team and stakeholders.
Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies or methodologies to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Conduct regular reviews of project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on findings.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination among team members and across projects.
Serve as a subject matter expert in technical discussions, providing insights and guidance to address complex project challenges.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project requirements are met and potential issues are addressed proactively.
Lead or contribute to the development of technical reports, white papers, or presentations related to project activities and outcomes for internal and external audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform project strategies and decision-making.
Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 10 years in engineering and feasibility as a project manager.
Demonstrated experience in developing detailed project plans, managing project budgets, and overseeing project operations.
Strong knowledge of design management, drafting BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project specifications.
Excellent understanding of risk identification, mitigation strategies, and monitoring throughout project lifecycles.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques for tracking project progress.
In-depth understanding of quality control processes and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Proven ability to provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Comprehensive knowledge of preparing project documentation, reports, and evaluations
