Job Description
Role Objective:
- Ability
to understand the basics of Fire alarm and life safety systems by reading the
codes and standard.
- Ability
to understand the technical RFP ,SLD & SOW.
- Ability
to support the sales team to generate more leads and value selling RFQ’s
through early engagement and specifier activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical facilitation and assistance to customers in the Fire business
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire safety products
- Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical facilitation processes and tools
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Should be a Saudi national.
- Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program
