Job Description
Implement all instructions & directives coming from Asst. Manager / Regional Manager and ensure that all staff follows.
Follow the instructions from Immediate Superior, Supervisor / Asst. Manager / Regional Manager.
Supervise and participate in the daily movement.
Always enhance the company image by giving above-standard quality of service to all our valued customers.
Ensure submittal of all Store Daily Reports on time i.e., Duty Manager Passenger Statistics Report, Delayed Flight Order Statistics, food & facility temperature records, inventory, and shift end report to Admin Office.
Ensure high quality of food and service on all areas covered.
Participate in maximizing profitability of the department and achieve the set target plan.
Prepares requisition through UCAS of goods required for all designated areas with proper control and strict monitoring.
Monitor and check non-moving goods stocks and report to Section head.
Responsible for food pickup of foods from Production kitchen area.
Responsible of delivering all food items from Unit to Lounge premises.
Responsible in taking Delayed Flight Orders and to act accordingly as per the department manual procedure as applicable.
Ensure on time Delayed Flight food pick-up and delivery as per the department manual procedure as applicable.
To render service to Delayed Flight whenever it is required as applicable.
Ensure loading / offloading of foods as per the time required in the operation.
Ensure cleaning / washing of all used equipment’s with proper safekeeping procedure.
Collect all newly ordered equipment’s for proper safekeeping.
Responsible for collecting staff soiled uniforms with proper record / inventory and to be handover to Unit Laundry in- charge for washing as applicable.
Responsible for receiving staff washed & cleaned uniforms from Unit Laundry with proper counting / checking as applicable.
Responsible for issuing staff uniform as per the department policy procedure as applicable.
Attend morning briefing with the Department Head and then after with rest of Store staff.
To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Department Head / Central Lounge Manager.
To encourage staff in helping the department in saving expenses.
