Position Summary
The general role for the Team Leaderincludes leading the team of field Project workers and making sure that the
Project work is executed in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with the time, resources and financial
planning.
General responsibilities

time)
Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets

Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE

Job Functions, Responsibilities
Prepare, sign and submit pigging report, daily report and other relevant reports to Project Manager.
Discuss equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets, launching trays,
spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.
Report non-compliances, near-misses, etc.
Attend safety and technical and professional development courses / trainings.
Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures and other project-
related documents
Establish professional contact with client’s field personnel creating friendly working relations
Manage and develop the team to execute field work in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with time,
resource and financial planning.
Is authorized to stop execution of any work at site if it is unsafe or may create unsafe work conditions.
Coordinate field activities between PIPECARE team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties.
Visit client’s sites (site kick-off meetings, field surveys, risk assessment review meetings, etc.).
Execute all other tasks as requested by POM and/or Executive Team within the assigned job role.

and build forecasts.
Skills/Experience:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) plus 3 years of operation planning experience
Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure
Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level
Fluency in English, the language
