Role/ Department:


This role sits in Operations Department in Saudi office and reports in to the Head of Operations.


The key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Oversee the Operations and delivery of Fund Accounting/Financial Reporting to the clients in a timely manner adhering to the SLA agreed
  • Actively contributing to new product development/offering to clients
  • Holding client service meetings (virtual or on site)
  • Training, guiding, mentoring the junior staff
  • Be a go to person for clients, client team within Northern Trust, and staff within the team for any issues and queries.
  • Periodically reviewing the internal SLAs with teams with in Northern Trust to ensure that they are up to date
  • Uphold accountability at all levels and integrity and foster the culture of honesty with the department
  • Be willing to step down to BAU level if needed
  • Ensure proper resiliency is in place within the department to avoid any impact due to iterations.

Skills/ Qualifications:


The successful candidate will benefit from having:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with experience in the Financial/Financial Advisory industry
  • Excellent People management and Analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Fund Accounting and on job expertise
  • Out-of-the-box and critical thinker
  • Solution-oriented mindset with great communication skills at all levels in the Company.
