Eram Talent is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our Client in Jeddah. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities, facilitating student engagement, and aiding teachers in providing quality education. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong desire to contribute to the educational development of students.
· Assist the teacher in individualizing instruction by coaching a student or a small group of students
· Substitute for the teacher in case of her/his absence if necessary and when instructed
· Uphold and maintain the standards of discipline defined by the teacher
· Assist the teacher in the preparation of lesson material and room environment
· Supervise students on the playground before school, after school, during recess or at lunch time
· Accompany and supervise students on bus journeys to and from school and field trips
· Bus duty: Accompany and actively supervise students on bus after school
· Carry out clerical tasks as needed or assigned by the teacher
· Perform all duties assigned by the administration
· Aware at all times of confidentiality
· Carry out the policies and regulations of the school
· Participate actively in creating positive relationships and rapport with all members of the school community
· Participate actively in creating a good climate in public relations of the school
· Provide for the care and protection of school property
· Actively support decisions made by school administration
