We now have the region’s fastest-growing tax practice, with almost 800 staff. We have tax specialists in each of the 12 Middle East countries where PwC is located, and operate regionally, bringing the best local, commercial and specialist knowledge to our clients.
As a Senior Consultant in our International Private Wealth & Family Office practice, you will have the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to their wealth preservation and professionalization.
We provide high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, family businesses, and family offices with expert advice, comprehensive resources, and personalized services to fulfil their specific aspirations.
Our team focuses on three distinctive yet interlinked disciplines: (i) International wealth structuring, (ii) Ownership strategy and governance, and (iii) Family office advisory. This involves:
- Navigating intergenerational wealth transfers.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Restructuring business and investment portfolios.
- Conducting estate and succession planning.
- Formulating ownership strategies and governance frameworks.
- Establishing and / or optimizing family office operations.

The Successful Applicant will:
- Currently be working in the Middle East (required) with experience in private client /wealth planning or related fields preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (required).
- Have a relevant professional qualification or an interest in completing (i.e. CA / CTA/ STEP).
- Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development.
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for a Senior Consultant include but are not limited
to:
- Conduct tax and regulatory research into industry and government developments as it relates to wealth planning opportunities and strive to maintain up-to-date tax and legal knowledge.
- Supporting senior team members in all aspects of an engagement life cycle.
- Drafting proposals and deliverables.
- Carrying out all client onboarding formalities and data management.
- Assist in effectively managing a client portfolio, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
- Cultivating strong client relationships through effective communication as applicable.
