Job Title: Tank DetailerLocation: DammamExperience: 5+ YearsSalary: Based on ExperienceJob Responsibilities:Develop detailed fabrication drawings and models for aboveground storage tanks.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Utilize E-Tank Software to produce precise and comprehensive tank designs.Ensure compliance with industry standards such as API 650 and API 653 in all designs.Conduct material analysis to determine suitability for tank construction.Provide support during fabrication and assembly by addressing design-related queries.Prepare detailed documentation and reports for design and project approval.Maintain an updated database of design files and revisions.Essential Qualifications:Education: Associate’s Degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in tank detailing or a similar role.Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and E-Tank Software.Familiarity with materials, welding techniques, and tank component specifications.Strong understanding of industry codes and standards, specifically API 650 and API 653.Skills Required:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Valid driving license is mandatory for site visits and client interactions.
