Job Description
To work within Medical care unit, which has 3 subunits : Rejection recovery ( to make calls and engagements with unapproved cases and to respond to the frontline queries) , Referral unit ( to facilitate clients referrals and services availability , to work on the cards platform for members per diem expenses), and checkup unit ( to work with clients and the providers to perform the requested checkups ( occupational and general) and the pre-employment candidates and to validate the results before delivering them to the clients).
To make sure that all requests being resounded to within the agreed KPI. To validate the requested checkups and preferred location. Good communication with Members and Key accounts Delegate Teams
providers interactions
To ensure timely response from the providers regarding the appointments and the attendance and results submission. To communicate with the providers for the competencies and continue education about the packages and the special requests.
To ensure all transactions and reports requested are performed and documented
Skills
Strong logical, analytical, Presentation, assessment and interpretation skills Advanced communication and negotiation skills. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to multitask and work well under stress. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent follow-up skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure Excel, Data Management and Dashboards, Business Writing, or Management shall be considered
