CET Office Operations:



Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage CET calendars and schedules. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls for CET Support in organising company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events for CET members Order stationery and IT equipment for CET Office for smooth function and operations Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for CET Process invoices and managing CET office budgets Maintain procedures and office administrative systems Support CET members with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc)
