• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Support the design and implementation of talent development programs.
• Participate in performance management initiatives to help improve employee productivity and engagement.
• Help coordinate training sessions and developmental workshops.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital department.
