Responsibilities:

- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pools.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Assist in the development of employer branding strategies to promote Master-Works in the job market.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking system and recruitment metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent Master-Works and engage with potential candidates.
