Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the financial services sector by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.   7. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  9. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
  10. Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
