Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department in organizing and building a world-class people team and in planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.


Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Sourcing suitable candidates for vacant positions through the use of effective sourcing mediums including, but not limited to various internal / external channels.
  • Confirm the budgeted vacancy for the position(s) as per the approved organization chart.
  • Short-listing candidates for onward arrangement of interviews with the concerned department heads and based on the feedback, initiate the hiring process.
  • Collect all relevant documents, coordinate internal and externally for all pre-recruitment requirements.
  • Update the HRMIS system upon the joining of the candidate and facilitate any joining formalities.
  • Compliance with the Saudi Labour Law for the hiring.  



Talent Acquisition Planning 

  • Prepare the annual manpower plan in coordination with the various department heads and director HR. 
  • Identify and a track on the various vacancies happening in the company and source talent for the roles. 
  • Provide assistance and support in the design and development of Talent policies and procedures, and Guidelines. 
  • Assist in the development and improvement of the organization's recruitment strategy, which includes optimizing job postings, developing a recruiting brand, selecting recruitment channels, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and talent acquisition / resourcing.


On-Boarding 

  • Facilitate the new joiners with all the on-boarding procedures for the company orientation. 
  • Scheduling the sessions, preparing the agenda, arranging the meetings and materials for orientations. 
  • Monitor the probationary period and collect timely feedback form the concerned department for issuance of a confirmation letter.


Exit Interview 

  • Conduct exit interviews for all departing employees.
