Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist position is available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are a private sector employer seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
