Description and Requirements

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will meet hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

As an suitable candidate you should meet the following requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for information technology and sales hiring in Saudi Arabia / MEA / EMEA .
  • Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
