Job description
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Assist in administrative tasks related to the recruitment process such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in RMA, sending mobilization requests and preparing job offer letters.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering their questions.
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
