You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Behance, and Github)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases ( via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Screening resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Organize the Talent Acquisition Department Reports
