Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
Preparing reports for upper management.
Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
Implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
Ensuring a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Communicating effectively with candidates, keeping them informed at each stage.
Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Staying updated on recruitment trends and technology advancements.

Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.
Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.
Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through various channels.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to assess recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruiting and hiring practices.
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
