Job Description

Job Purpose


Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The Recruiter remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new and established employees.


Key Result Areas


  • Identifying the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
  • Make sure that new candidates are on same group of position (Salary, benefit,) comparing with actual staff to avoid any structure gap.
  • Ensuring that all areas (Corporate or Operations) are covered with necessary work force as per recruitment budget.
  • Preparing job descriptions alongside line managers for required positions.
  • Post Job Ads and Headhunt through various job portals.
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies to get CVs of candidates.
  • Screening, filtering, and selecting qualified candidates for interviews with Management.
  • Interviewing candidates and conveying feedback to restaurant managers/corporate managers when needed.
  • Collecting necessary documents from all candidates and checking their legal status ensuring that they are eligible to join our company.
  • Following up with line managers for feedback on candidate trials as per the deadlines.
  • Providing candidates their offer letters once approved by the restaurant/hiring managers.
  • Recruiting candidates under the sponsorship of manpower agencies, whether local or overseas.
  • Handing over all the necessary documents to proceed with employment visa for the candidates to the HR Admin and PRO and following up on a weekly basis concerning the employee visa status.
  • Ensuring that all new candidates receive their uniform & name tag if applicable.
  • Conducting onboarding for all new joiners before their effective joining date.

· Responsible to open new file for all new joiners and create joining reports on the database.


· Coordinating with all recruitment agencies & the finance department concerning candidate payment (once employee transfers under our sponsorship).


· Create and distribute new starter email.


Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)


· Degree


· Basic Knowledge for administration workflow


· Able to monitor all kind of document and file as per standard.


· Ability to work under pressure & capable raise high qualification and skills against work monotony.


· Good knowledge of administration F&B Operation needs.


· Time Management and work with deadline strategies.


· Knowledge and skills in UAE Labor Law & General Law.


· Well organized, attention to detail.


· Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.


Knowledge of Filing workflow in HR-Department.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
