As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, build a strong employer brand, and drive talent acquisition initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
● Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
● Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
● Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
● Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job and company expectations.
● Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience.
● Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure organized and efficient hiring.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions and future hiring needs.
● Strengthen employer branding through social media, career events, and recruitment marketing.
● Represent the company at job fairs, university recruitment events, and networking sessions.
● Negotiate job offers and ensure fair, competitive compensation aligned with company policies.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices to maintain fair hiring standards.
● Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and optimize processes.
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent retention initiatives
