Overview of the Role


As a Tactical Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing tactical campaigns to drive sales performance and stock optimization. You will work closely with the Product & Pricing team to design proactive and reactive campaigns, ensuring market competitiveness and profitability. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and brand principals, you will maximize customer demand and enhance the effectiveness of sales campaigns.


What You Will Do


  • Develop and implement quarterly tactical product campaigns to achieve volume and profit objectives
  • Monitor competitor offers and industry trends to design data-driven campaigns
  • Track campaign budgets and assess effectiveness to maximize ROI
  • Work with Brand General Managers, Operations Managers, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Measure key success metrics (e.g., showroom traffic, conversion rates) and implement improvements

Required Skills to Be Successful


  • 4+ years of experience in automotive pricing and product management at an OEM or major distributor level
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing tools and financial data analysis
  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales campaigns and budgets
  • GCC experience and exposure to mass-market automotive brands preferred

About the Team


You will be part of the Product & Pricing division, working closely with the Head of Product & Pricing and various stakeholders across sales, marketing, and brand operations. The team focuses on optimizing product lifecycle management and ensuring that tactical campaigns align with business objectives to drive profitability.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or extensive relevant experience)
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, including pricing and sales strategies
  • Ability to develop customer-centric campaigns that drive demand and revenue
  • High attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Passion for the automotive sector and a drive to exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and presentation skills
