Job SummaryWe are seeking an Infra. Technology Specialist with experience in VMware administration and Windows administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains. Responsibilities Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. Oversee Windows server administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on VMware and Windows-related issues. Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from potential threats. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime. Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial systems. Work closely with the Devices / SPM team to support device management and software provisioning. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Provide training and support to junior team members on VMware and Windows administration. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize impact on business operations.Qualifications Possess strong experience in VMware administration and Windows administration. Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting domain. Demonstrate expertise in Devices / SPM management. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show proficiency in implementing and managing security measures. Have experience in conducting system performance monitoring and maintenance. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be capable of developing and maintaining detailed documentation. Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution. Be able to evaluate and implement new technologies effectively. Possess the ability to train and support junior team members. Show a commitment to ensuring compliance with industry standards.
