System Administrator - VMWare (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently seeking a skilled System Administrator with expertise in VMWare for a reputable company based in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with strong knowledge of latest VM Windows Server Clustering, Shell Scripting, latest SQL Server High Availability, and Azure Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Server Management:
   - Configure, manage, and maintain VM Windows Server clusters to ensure high availability and reliability.
   - Monitor server performance and implement necessary optimizations.
   - Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
2. SQL Server Administration:
   - Manage Enterprise SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
   - Implement and maintain SQL Server clustering, replication, and mirroring.
   - Monitor SQL Server performance and optimize queries and databases.
3. Azure Cloud Management:
   - Deploy, manage, and monitor Azure cloud services and resources.
   - Ensure the security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
   - Implement and manage Azure backup and disaster recovery solutions.
4. Scripting and Automation:
   - Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate system administration tasks.
   - Implement infrastructure as code using tools like PowerShell, Azure.
   - Automate deployment and configuration processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
5. Security and Compliance:
   - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
   - Ensure compliance with Company standards and regulations.
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
   - Generate and analyze reports on system performance, security, and usage.
   - Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
