Prepare the gap analysis to check the gap between the requirements and the actual condition, as well
as, working will all related parties to fill the gaps.
Prepare the sustainability plans and be sure that it will be implemented in the project effectively till
getting the targeted sustainability certificates.
Attend Client Meetings to understand the sustainability requirements of project.
Carry out weekly and monthly progress report to the client and PMC for percentage of compliance
with the sustainability standards and requirements.
Conduct sustainability training to different departments to ensure the full understanding of there part
for achieving the targeted sustainability grad as per the client requirement.
Review construction material submittals for LEED/ENVISON compliance with project’s sustainability
requirements during construction.
Identify the sustainable solutions and follow up for the implementation to achieve the targeted
sustainability certificates and to cover all gaps.
Identify sustainability initiatives with the aim to achieve the targeted sustainability certificates.
Assesses and analyzes company policies and processes to identify areas in and processes to which
improvements can be made in accordance with the organizations commitment to sustainability.
Develops and maintains mechanisms and protocols for data collection, verification, and analysis of
sustainability data.
Shall lead, coordinate, and facilitate the Integrated Development Process and associated submittal
deliveries.
Provide any other tasks or reports that are related to your department at any time as per the direct
manager.
Academic Qualifications and Professional Certifications
Demonstrated experience in the Sustainable Design of projects of similar size and nature to the Works
to be delivered under this contract.
Be a LEED or ENVISION accredited Professional (AP) for at least 5 years with proven track record
working on LEED or ENVISON projects in the Middle East.
Experience
A minimum of 10+ years’ relevant work history in the design and construction industry in the Middle
East region.
