Job Description

  1. Monitor supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures in order to achieve the supply quantity and experience targets.
  2. Utilize incentive measures such as bonus and subsidies to increase rider activity and performance, meeting the operational targets during periods of high demand.
  3. Improve the operational efficiency, rider retention rate and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes and solving problems.
  4. Work with the product team and promote the launch of relevant supply operation product systems to improve product efficiency and advance intelligence in the process of supply utilization.


Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3-5 years of work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O（online-to-offline） industry. Experience with logistics operation/logistics analysis/strategy/data analysis are preferred.
  2. Possess a global perspective, systematic thinking, strong ability to integrate resources, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  3. Strong data analysis skills, logical thinking, and proficiency in using various data analysis tools, especially SQL/Excel/Tableau.
  4. Be fluent in English and Arabic.
