Responsibilities
Host Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing hosts to ensure their continued success on our platform.
Event Planning: Organize and execute events for hosts ahead of key travel seasons to foster engagement, share insights, and enhance host satisfaction.
Market Trends: Conduct in-depth research to understand host and guest needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues from both hosts and guests promptly, maintaining platform integrity and satisfaction.
Data Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present detailed weekly and monthly reports on host performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Demand-Side Coordination: Collaborate with demand-side teams to align host offerings with guest expectations and ensure market needs are met.
