JOB PURPOSE

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Submit monthly unconstrained / constrained production plan by month/week for full portfolio based on the agreed capacities and norms.

  
  

• Manage daily and weekly operation plans for the respective production lines and liaison with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  
  

• Drive OR, DBNR, cash and service improvement for the assigned categories/production lines.

  
  

• Manage innovation rundowns with minimal business waste.

  
  

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, in engineering, preferably industrial engineering.

  
  

• 0 - 2 Years Experience within Supply Chain and preferably in FMCG.

  
  

• Strong Analytical skills, commitment along with excellent communication skills.

  
  

• Passion to deliver results and continuous improvement.
