Job Description
Meshkati Trading Company is looking for Supply Chain Specialist to be working in Riyadh, based on the following tasks and requirements:- Knowledge of logistics software and ability to plan and improve logistics services.- Good knowledge of the company's products and commitment to the highest quality standards- Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs and planning programs.- Follow up on samples requested by the Supply Chain Manager and ensure that they are competitive in the market.- Determine supplier evaluation criteria to evaluate suppliers in terms of quality provided, delivery time and flexibility in meeting requests. He also continuously evaluates suppliers’ performance and updates the company’s “supplier database” accordingly.- Coordination with various departments to examine samples and ensure that they comply with the company’s standards.- Follow up on the supply chain management departments (warehousing, shipping and purchasing) and coordinate between them to achieve the sales plan and ensure the highest operational efficiency for supply chain management.- Handling Saber system & Complete understanding on imported regulated products registration with existing relationship with SASO - Regulatory bodies - SABER System - Saudi Customs documentation.- Regulated product registration and yearly renewals- Preparing shipment certificates. Having knowledge of all updated certifications
