Our client is a well-known Saudi company owned by a successful Holding company. They're known for their high-quality products and have many branches around the world.

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a "Supply Chain General Manager" you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of materials and products, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

The position involves:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain management.
• Reduce and streamline production operation costs.
• Optimize the use of production elements, including machinery, materials, and personnel.
• Utilize and manage warehouse capacity for product and material storage.
• Apply best practices to ensure product safety during production, storage, transportation, and shipping.
• Establish plans and routes for distribution between the main warehouse and sub-warehouses.
• Implement effective strategies and methods for inventory control and matching operations.
• Ensure adequate stock levels to meet product demand and prevent stockouts.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast production performance.
• Control the flow of materials and products to achieve company objectives.
• Innovate solutions, methods, and measurement tools for smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Provide all necessary information and reports for efficient and effective supply chain decision-making.
• Strategically plan logistics, transportation, and shipping.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management or in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in supply chain operations.
• Previous experience with IPO-listed companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Capable of leading others through organized and planned efforts, influencing various behavioral and personality patterns, attitudes, values, and skills, and driving acceptance and adoption of changes to serve the company's vision and strategies.
• Ensure continuous flow of products and services from suppliers within acceptable levels and timeframes to protect the organization’s priority activities and interested parties.
