Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators and technicians in the waste water treatment facility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of waste water treatment processes and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste water treatment and discharge standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety standards in waste water treatment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and operational disruptions, implementing corrective actions as needed.
