Job Summary:
The Supervisor - Logistics - Housing is responsible for overseeing housing logistics, ensuring smooth accommodation arrangements, managing housing inventory, and coordinating with teams to ensure the comfort and well-being of employees. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing housing logistics while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage employee housing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements, room allocations, and occupancy planning for employees.
- Oversee transportation logistics for staff movement between accommodations and workplaces.
- Maintain housing records, lease agreements, and utility expenses while optimizing cost management.
- Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility management teams.
- Handle employee accommodation requests, grievances, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of housing essentials, including furniture, appliances, and other utilities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on housing occupancy, expenses, and maintenance status for management review.
- Collaborate with HR, administration, and procurement teams for efficient housing and logistics operations.
- Supervise a team of housing coordinators and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in the Gulf in a similar role.
- Experience in employee accommodation, logistics, and housing operations within corporate, industrial, or labor housing setups.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
