Job Description
Team Management:
- Supervision: Lead and supervise the AV team, including technicians and support staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Project Coordination:
- Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules for AV installations, maintenance, and support activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including equipment, personnel, and time, to meet project and service requirements.
Technical Oversight:
- System Installation: Oversee the installation of AV systems, including audio, video, and control equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Configuration and Calibration: Ensure AV systems are configured and calibrated correctly for optimal performance.
Maintenance and Support:
- Maintenance: Manage routine maintenance of AV equipment to ensure continued operation and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for complex issues and troubleshooting, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly.
Client Interaction:
- Client Communication: Interact with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their AV needs, provide solutions, and ensure their requirements are met.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of AV installations, configurations, maintenance, and support activities.

Compliance and Safety:
- Compliance: Ensure that all AV equipment and operations comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Inventory Management:
- Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of AV equipment and supplies, ensuring that all items are in good condition and properly accounted for.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement of AV equipment and supplies as needed.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Technology Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AV technology and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to AV processes and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
Skills
Technical Expertise:
- AV Systems Knowledge: Strong knowledge of audio-visual technologies, including audio systems, video displays, projectors, and control systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV equipment and systems.
