Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical activities in a dynamic and safety-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry safety standards, resource planning, and the ability to work effectively within the Sabic Work Permit System.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise mechanical activities and ensure project execution aligns with safety and quality standards.
- Evaluate and identify resource requirements for mechanical projects.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to Sabic's safety standards.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
- Prepare and manage work permits in compliance with the Sabic Work Permit System.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards.
Essential Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a supervisory role in mechanical activities.
- Familiarity with Sabic Work Permit System and Sabic safety standards.
Skills Required:- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and project execution.
- Proficiency in identifying and allocating resources for mechanical activities.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols, particularly Sabic's safety standards.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
