Job Description

This job requires a Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of a team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supervisor will be working for a private sector employer and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

Salary: 8000-10000 SAR

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the team's performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and coordination.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Continuously improve customer service by analyzing customer feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  7. Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience in customer service.
  7. Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their implementation.
