Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Site Supervision:


    • Oversee day-to-day site operations related to OSBL (Offsites, Utilities, and Interconnections).
    • Provide leadership, supervision, and support to construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Monitor and direct activities for the installation, integration, and commissioning of interconnect systems and offsite utilities.
    • Safety & Compliance:


      • Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures and regulations on-site.
      • Conduct regular site safety audits and promote a safety-first culture.
      • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations as well as quality standards.
    • Scheduling & Coordination:


      • Coordinate and schedule activities related to OSBL/Interconnect works in line with the overall project timeline.
      • Collaborate with the project management team, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
      • Review construction schedules and progress, identifying potential issues and proactively finding solutions.
    • Quality Control:


      • Supervise the construction and installation activities to ensure that work meets all quality standards and specifications.
      • Conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure that work complies with design and regulatory requirements.
    • Communication & Reporting:


      • Maintain clear and regular communication with the Project Manager and other site managers to report progress, risks, and concerns.
      • Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports as required.
      • Resolve any operational issues that arise on-site and escalate when necessary.
    • Resource Management:


      • Manage and oversee on-site resources including materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure effective project execution.
      • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment used in the OSBL/Interconnect portion.
    • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:


      • Lead troubleshooting efforts related to system integration and interconnections.
      • Coordinate and support resolution of technical challenges encountered during installation and commissioning.
Qualifications:
  • Education:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:


    • Experience in field supervision or construction management in industrial, power, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
    • Experience in OSBL/Interconnect works, utilities infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, field teams, and multiple stakeholders.
