2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:


Protect employees' health in the workplace by creating and implementing programs, policies and procedures to measure and reduce employees' exposure to physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic stress factors


3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


Qualification:


1. National Diploma (Environment related)
2. Specialised licences or certifications
3. Bachelors' Degree in Environmental Science (highly preferred)


Experience:


1. 8 Years relevant experience
2. International Experience Preferred

*Develop Industrial Hygiene and oversee application, compliance standards of procedures
*Manage and coordinate Injury and disease risk assessments
*Manage and advice audit and assure that the quality of implemented industrial hygiene standards meet Ma'aden standards
*Manage Maintain Health and Wellbeing standards performance in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labor
*Manage reviewing current processes are compliant, identifying gaps for improvement opportunities
*Ensure and advice Health programs integrated into stage gate process
*Assist/Execute Conducting health assessment to identify the requirements related to the project
*Advice and influence provide Health and Wellbeing support to projects for medical emergency response plans and activities
*Initiate, manage and review evaluate and monitor IH surveys
*Manage and coordinate health related incident investigations
*Support in Health and Wellbeing Campaigns
