We’re seeking a visionary architectural leader to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of innovative projects in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious director-level architect to lead high-profile initiatives, who has a strong technical background, working at the forefront of cutting-edge design and development in one of the most dynamic regions in the world.
Our client has over 200 staff across 3 offices, is working on 6 exciting projects in KSA and this office is responsible for the project management and business development in KSA. We're looking for a Studio Head to run, manage and maintain this office as it's own entity.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 20-25 staff in the Riyadh office.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and key clients in KSA. Enforcing and maintaining overall company standards within the project teams and providing assistance to improve the overall performance of the practice.
- Business development and marketing of the KSA branch.
- Day-to-day running of the KSA office.
- Mentoring and managing staff members
- Fee proposals.
- HR
- Project Management.
- Liaising with senior management and other offices.
- Financial management.
Requirements- Masters in Architecture and/or Project Management.
- Minimum of 20 years experience
- Previous recent experience in the Middle East region, managing large-scale projects.
- Be able to demonstrate business development experience.
- Middle East experience essential.
- Must want to move to KSA.
