Student Growth Advocate - Part Time Tutors

We are seeking to hire several part-time tutors to provide academic support and guidance to students in different subject areas (English, Arabic, Math, & Qudurat).
Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and empower students by moving beyond traditional tutoring methods. Take the time to deeply understand each student’s individual learning style, challenges, and aspirations.
• Offer personalized learning by developing custom-tailored lesson plans that address academic weaknesses AND build on students’ strengths to nurture their potential and encourages them to reach new heights both academically and personally.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, guiding students in their studies AND in their personal development such as study skills, time management, and problem-solving strategies.
• Being accountable and taking full ownership of student progress, regularly assessing and adapting your teaching methods to ensure measurable improvements.
• Go the extra mile to engage in follow-ups and provide additional resources, support, or time to help students grasp difficult concepts.
• Communicate, collaborate, and partner with parents and to ensure a holistic approach to the student's growth.
