Structural Supervisor (Beneficiation & Mining)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee the structural team’s activities to ensure the highest standard of workmanship and productivity.
• Ensure that all structural works, including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring, are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and site policies, enforcing a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct daily inspections of the site to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor on-site labor and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are executed as planned, on time, and to the required quality standards.

• Degree or certification in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience working on construction sites, including years in a supervisory role overseeing structural works.
• In-depth knowledge of structural systems, materials, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
