JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our structural engineering team. As part of a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality Social Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering activities, managing project teams, and ensuring exceptional design quality. Your leadership will be vital in fostering collaboration, promoting best practices, and driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the structural engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Oversee the design process for various structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth integration of structural design with other project components.
- Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance team performance and project quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications produced by the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and standards, ensuring the application of innovative solutions in structural design.
