Overview:AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of structural systems for infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on roads and utilities. Site operations experience is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop structural systems for infrastructure projects, including roads and utilities.
  • Prepare detailed structural engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring that all structural installations are carried out according to project plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and contractors.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase of projects.
  • Ensure all structural engineering activities comply with local regulations and international standards.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, with a focus on Infrastructure projects (roads and utilities).
  • Proven experience in site operations and management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in structural design software and tools (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
  • Strong knowledge of local and international structural codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Site Supervision experiance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as required.
